Refund policy

We want you to love your copy of Grandma's Forgotten Remedies. If you're not satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the book price.
 
To be eligible for a return, the book must be in its original, unused, resellable condition.

To start a return, contact us at help@forgottenworld.co with your order number. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages and defects
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 14 days at help@forgottenworld.co if the book is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item. Include photos so we can evaluate and send a free replacement.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The book must be in its original, unused, resellable condition.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days. Note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received the refund, please contact us at help@forgottenworld.co.
