Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your copy of Grandma's Forgotten Remedies. If you're not satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the book price.

How to start a return
Contact us at support@forgottenworld.co with your order number. If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages & defects
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 14 days at support@forgottenworld.co if the book is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item. Include photos so we can evaluate and send a free replacement.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received it, contact us at support@forgottenworld.co.
