Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Forgotten World Publishing. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories.

Order processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 business hours of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Shipping rates
A flat shipping rate of $9.99 applies to all US orders, calculated automatically at checkout.

Delivery time
Once shipped, orders are delivered by UniUni from our California facility and typically arrive within 1–6 business days, depending on your location:
- Western & central states: usually 2–4 business days
- Eastern states: up to 6 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays or due to carrier delays outside our control.

Tracking
Every order includes tracking. A tracking link is emailed to you automatically the moment your book ships, so you can follow it to your door.

P.O. Boxes
Our carrier may be unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. To avoid delays, please provide a physical street address at checkout whenever possible.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an address is invalid or incomplete, we'll do our best to correct minor errors, but we may need to contact you — which can delay your order. We aren't responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, or your tracking shows delivered but you can't locate it, please email us within 14 days at support@forgottenworld.co and we'll make it right.
